Cinnamon Pumpkin Wrap in Greek Style Pastry When dinner served on table is for your family, friends and lovers, everyone could possibly want some special flavor, like rasberry pie for dessert. But not very common to hear anyone has ever ordered Greek food on a traditional Chinese table, right? Last month I went shopping in local supermarket, guess what, I find a great food - Greek filo pastry pie - Kihi with pumpkin and raisens. Just want to let you know last time I try this pie it is just amazing, crispy and golden cover with pumpkin stuff inside. Without hesitation, I just bought again. There is also Feta Cheese stuff with spinach in the pie as well. When you cook it use oven, you can put it in a baking sheet or not, but make sure do not put in on bottom shelf, that may let it get burnt. It include two bags of powders, cinnamon powder and sugar powder. Before cooking, uniformly spread onto pie dough. Finally, cook for 40 minutes before taking out of oven. It looks pretty...
